Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timelines

We process orders within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

• Karachi: 1 to 3 working days.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 5 working days.

• Rest of Pakistan: 5 to 7 working days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: Rs. 200 applies to all orders nationwide.

3. Payment Methods

We offer two convenient ways to pay:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay our courier partner at your doorstep.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via [SMS/Email]. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website (TCS/Leopards/Trax).

5. Delivery Practices

• Orders are delivered to private addresses (Home/Work) only. We do not deliver to public places.

• COD Policy: According to courier rules, packages cannot be opened before payment. If you find any issue after opening, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
  

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [Your Email/WhatsApp Number] with photos of the parcel.
